Stop comparing yourself to other people.
- Never put yourself down.
- Develop the habit of thinking and saying positive things about yourself to yourself.
- Accept compliments with excitement.
- Read and learn about emotional well being.
- Spend time with positive supportive people.
- Practice being assertive, don't allow people to treat you with a lack of respect.
- Practice being helpful and considerate to others.
- Engage in work and hobbies that you enjoy.
- Practice meditation in the morning and at night
